DAKARR2 Terms of Service

By accessing or using DAKARR2, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the service

You may use DAKARR2 only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time.

Accounts and login

- Google login and account access are provided at the operator's discretion.
- Approval, denial, blocking, and operator access are controlled server-side.
- Access to custom servers or moderation-related features may be changed or removed at any time.

Rules of conduct

You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit, bot, or abuse bugs
- use automated clients, scripts, macros, bots, or other tools that play, aim, move, farm, chat, reconnect, evade limits, or interact with DAKARR2 without direct human control
- spam, harass, impersonate, or evade moderation
- use more than 3 DAKARR2 tabs, windows, or simultaneous connections at the same time
- attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or admin systems
- interfere with service stability or security
- misuse world builder, command blocks, moderation tools, or custom server systems

Moderation

DAKARR2 may monitor gameplay, chat, and related activity for moderation and security purposes. The operator may mute, kick, ban, block, deny applications, or remove operator status at any time.

Custom servers and user content

Custom servers, world builder content, chat, scripts, and related user-created content may be removed, limited, or reset at any time for moderation, stability, or operational reasons.

Availability

DAKARR2 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may change, break, restart, close, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

No warranty

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DAKARR2 is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the DAKARR2 operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, access, or content arising from use of the service.

Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of DAKARR2 after changes means you accept the updated terms.
